Critical Health Systems Launches New Identity for its Anesthesia Billing Service
Raleigh, NC-- At the North Carolina Society of Anesthesia Fall Session in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, September 20-22, Critical Health Systems, Inc launched a new identity for their comprehensive anesthesia billing service. The company's billing service will now be known as Instream. Instream will provide billing to over 85 anesthesiologists in 12 facilities in North and South Carolina, including facilities in Wake, Wilson, Franklin, and Scotland Counties in North Carolina, and in Richland, Charleston, Horry, and Lexington Counties in South Carolina. The Instream identity was created to increase the marketability and individuality of the service, as well as to strengthen the corporate culture. Mike Williams, President and CEO emphasizes that current clients will feel no impact from this change. "We are not adopting an aggressive growth strategy. We are adopting a smarter growth strategy; one that will ensure us of success and controlled growth," said Williams. The billing service prides itself on being relationship-oriented and cultivating the relationships with clients, the facilities in which its clients operate, and the patients served by its clients. The Instream tagline, "Don't just tread water. Chart a course.", describes the service's personality and corporate culture. Instream serves clients by charting a new course of action specific to their needs, therefore giving the physicians the freedom to practice medicine without having to worry about billing issues. The tag line also captures the essence of employee involvement in the billing process. Employees are urged to find and recommend new tactics and procedures. Instream is defined as a "comprehensive billing service," which includes services such as enrolling providers with insurance companies, managed care contracting, data entry, claims review, accounts receivable management, and reporting. Williams says, "Redefining our image has given us a surge of energy and enthusiasm. We are more confident and clear about our goals, our values, and the strength and quality of our service. I believe our clients and the market will sense this regeneration as well."
